Historically, Microsoft has also been implicated out of overworking team, sometimes, causing burnout in only a few years of joining the newest organization. The company has also been criticized for the use of permatemp personnel (team employed for many years as the "temporary", and that as opposed to medical professionals), the use of pushed maintenance plans, and therefore staff would be charged whenever they attempted to hop out.
